By accessing or using Entity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Entity provides an AI-powered platform for running autonomous business operations. The Service includes AI agent configuration, content generation, quality verification, and website hosting. AI-generated outputs are subject to automated quality checks but should be reviewed before publication.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address and accurate information. One person may maintain multiple operations, but automated account creation is prohibited.
The Service operates within configurable budget limits. You are responsible for monitoring your usage. AI operations incur costs that are tracked and displayed in your dashboard. Entity reserves the right to adjust pricing and budget defaults with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of content generated by your agents. Entity retains a license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service. Generated websites include a "Powered by Entity" attribution. You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws before publication.
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringes on third-party rights. Automated abuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to circumvent budget limits are prohibited.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Entity is not liable for AI-generated content, business decisions made based on agent outputs, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings. Entity may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
